Wylie, Texas is a period of phenomenal growth, doubling in size since 2000. With this growth of small and large firms and others that appear to detail throughout Wylie.
Since 2005, there are several additions to the landscape. One is Shafer Plaza, a narrow strip away, anchored by The Texas Credit Union along with a barber shop, Subway sandwiches a Cleaner, Lil Caesar Pizza, a Donut Shop, Sprint, and a fitness center.

There is also a larger strip center which is anchored by Albertsons Grocery and Home Depot along with Blockbuster, a barbershop, a title company, Quizinos Subs, Fujiya Egg Rolls, and a dentist office. It also has a separate building with Bank of America.
In the northern part of the city we have a Super Walmart.And, currently under construction is a major shopping center, anchored by a Super Target store with a variety of shops, restaurants and other attractions. This mall is located just west of the intersection of FM 544 and SH 78 are major roads in the area.
As Wylie continues to experience residential growth, more businesses are popping on the Wylie landscape.
